Keeping Norfolk’s holiday hotspots safe

During the last month we’ve visited two of Norfolk’s great holiday hotspots to deliver Fire Marshal Training to their staff.

We started by meeting the team at Cromer Pier and Pavilion Theatre. We were invited to train the staff onsite so that the skills they learnt could be specifically related to their premises and business. This meant we were able to make maximum impact with our Fire Marshal training, tailoring the course content to their business and environmental requirements.

“Very useful and relevant with frequent references to our business. Delivered with knowledge but also friendly and real.”  (Cromer Pier & Pavilion Theatre)

Later in the month we set off to Kelling Heath Holiday Park to get their team up to speed with Fire Marshal roles and responsibilities. With live fire extinguisher and fire blanket practicals, our training gives delegates the hands-on experience they need to feel confident should they be faced with an emergency.

“Very informative and learnt a lot and the practical helped me get over my fears.” (Kelling Heath Holiday Park)

It’s been great to work with local businesses to improve their safety and the safety of their customers. Thank you!
