Training across the team

We work with some great organisations across Norfolk, providing fire marshal training to their staff, volunteers and service users.

Last week we joined the Castle Meadow Care Home team at The Paddocks in Swaffham, for a half day Fire Marshal training session.

From Head of Admin, to Kitchen Assistant, Care Lead and Maintenance Manager, we trained staff from a variety of departments. The course gave them the practical skills they needed as designated Fire Marshals.

Being on site meant we put the training into context for all the team – making it real and tangible. As always, it was the live fire extinguisher exercise which made an impact on everyone.
